Where to Find A Cheap Island to Live for A Retirement

JUST ANOTHER DAY IN PARADISE

Anyone can travel and discover your own Island where you choose to retire in the next pace of your life, Like a thrift traveler like me, I don’t need to buy a whole lot of accommodations being getting there where I wanna like to be, especially South East Asian countries are the most sought retirement hub in the world the reason is, the Economic standard and its living is cheap – In the Philippines, Filipinos are very warm welcoming people … you can seek a help from the locals and they will assist you whatever that they can bring to the table …

In the province of Dumaguete City, there are a lot of food stalls that you will find if you are on a thrifty budget, there are eateries around that offers you a homemade cooking from the nearby local markets or from anywhere corner of the streets you will find kinds of seafood are the main dishes, fishing is the main tradition of source of living- When roaming around, Trikes are the main transportation from Php. 20.00 one-way ride that is 0.40cents a dollar – visiting Silliman University just only one of the landmark sites in the Province founded by Presbyterian missionaries in 1901 it is the oldest American University in Asia …
Siquijor island where just a stone throw away from Dumaguete the only way you can reach to the Island is by taking a ferry boat it is a small island in the Central Visayas the small Airport in the Island is far too small to take a big traffic to the ferry boat is the easiest way -At the ferry port in the city where you can buy your ferry ticket there – Regular ferry boats available so you don’t have to worry It leaves every 1 to 2hrs. tickets rates are somewhere that costs you $2.00 to $4.00 – 100 to 200 in Philippine Peso – More or less maximum to 2hours Siquijor Welcomes you and Pampers you …Ps, Siquijor is a Mysterious Island ill just gonna leave that to you and find it out for yourself that is your Adventure …

From anywhere else you are in the world you will be landed to Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila or some other provinces in the country where Subic Bay International Airport or Iloilo International Airport – all depends on your flight route and flight availability, from there you can book a domestic flight to Sibulan Airport Dumaguete City or book your flight ahead of time  that can be more cheaper

My recommendation, refrain from buying any property at once, go live there for a while maybe a year and observe the way of life and living of the locals and how you can get along of every day of your life … especially research how local governments how they are implementing land policies and rules …
