What makes me think that I have this type of conditions, That I don’t even like explaining to anybody or telling to anybody, or going to the Doctor -tripping to the bathroom is a clock habit like it is my constant companion- having your intestine got wrung inside of you while grasping your breath after battling an hour to an unexplainable excruciating pain in there…- an unforgiving runny stools that it gives me a UTI’s or yeast infection afterwards  … muscle aches here, cramps, headaches… Ibuprofen is just my easy grab into my medicine cabinet … call me a stupid stubborn I don’t wanna go to to the Doctor, I don’t wanna hear what the doctor  might be going to say -but there occasionally being an irresponsible Adult- knowing these type of food will surely fire the trigger -milk, dairies as such a mouthful sugary cheesecakes/cupcakes … oh jeez yeah, I can also be a lactose intolerant too this made me really a marathon winner to the bathroom …

A self-diagnosis must be another stupid thing but for me,  first of all, the first one that who can tell you-you’re not well is all by yourself, I am Not recommending it of stopping you from seeing a medical expert… but what Am I implying here is Common sense and self-awareness must practice together -just like the saying ” an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure” … The Internet is a Broad Spectrum of Interface and Technology that will redefine all the explanation from your queries from basic ailments can just be found the cure from the medical books or Alternative medicine corner … But when the symptoms are getting worst don’t let yourself pass by Not reaching out …

Leaky Gut syndrome had symptoms to bloating, gas, cramps Nah! I won’t deny it I’ve got all that, -But do you know that this culprit has No such term or diagnosis  according to the medical community- will just ruled it out to which diagnosis has to be made… or when relating from this to Celiac disease and Crohn’s disease and other related such as Inflammatory Bowel Disease or (IBD)… possible cause is the increasingly permeability/ hyperpermeability of the Intestine- the test has being made and cannot be confirmed due to the various causes link-There is much much more to be learned regarding to this explanation- (Dysbiosis) One must be aware how to taking care of your stress meter which I got caught off often times … Furthermore, Our Immune System is the Central vital role player to our health especially the biggest receiver of it is our Digestive System (Intestine/Colon) … so, I guess health supplements such as Multivitamins will do impart some boost …

On self-medication -relying on these six components miraculously helps me through as I do believe in Natural Healing… Probiotic, Apple Cider Vinegar (Raw), Exercise, Discipline to my diet, Drink plenty of water squeeze some lemon on it and Be Happy …

Well, we all know That Probiotic are live microorganisms that modify a good Flora to our bodies to combat the harmful microbes and replaces a good one … there are different and plenty in the marketplaces which one that suits you … In a Probiotic Base- I am stating this, some cases we’re getting recurrent symptoms from yeast infection- I have No broad explanation of stating this but this works well on me … one that has the high quality that contains a lot of good bacteria or searches the contents of glutamine supplements …

  1. I used to be a health care freak and I love a lot of products for leaky gut. Apple cider vineger combined with probiotics definitely helped reduce my symptoms. Our digestive tracts after lack a lot of the good bacteria from our diets in our personal lives. I love how you mentioned water, I only recently realised how important it is to drink enough of it.

    On the other hand, I’m very sorry – as this sounds like one awful monster to deal with – however, you seem to have a good outlook on dealing with it all.

    I sometimes having problems from digestions or having bowel movements too – but do you think if I intake some Apple Cider vinegar this will help me too?

    • Hi Mei scarlet thanks for the comment, to your question if ACV can also work for you… the answer is I don’t know, with that said, our body has a different component and alternative medicine has a different explanation from the theory of proper medicine, which you go through the process of medical diagnosis to explain well the condition of your ailment … the only thing that I can attest, because ACV contains the acidity to maintain the ph in a person body – that if the person believes if he can cure himself this way … I hope this enlightens you…thanks x

    I think Be Happy is a great one. Too many people overlook the link between psychological and physical health. When you feel good mentally, you also feel better physically and vice versa.
    Your other components are also very important. People who have health issues should first look at their diet, exercise and lifestyle before they turn to the rather extreme intervention of overriding your bodies natural mechanisms with drugs.

    • Hi Celeste Thank you for your Comments of this topic, It is indeed a mystery that a sense of happiness in humans behavior  had the most significant effect on how he can adjust and adapt to his environment, physically or mentally … when a person had this feeling of gratification and elation and so the positivity and the goodness of his health  will work to his body and it will greatly influences the overall sense of well being … our daily regimen will just follows -just by protecting ourselves from any harmful elements its either a daily dietary supplements or organics or doing yogas or sort of meditations which are  best that suits to us will lead to a happy life when our body is healthy …

  4. I like your self-medication, the six components. I find exercise, right diet, definitely drinking lots of water because it cleans your system and a positive attitude goes a long long way.     • Hi, Monica… Thank You for the comment really appreciate it … on my view, Old time remedies has always been a debate between medical science and naturopathic practice, however since the beginning, mankind always sought other alternatives of what he believes can do good for him … to be proven, Ethiopia Addis Abba University, conducted a tests; reports vinegar is being tested an agent to kill food borne parasites, results show vinegar does a faster job of destroying  the parasites than any other tests medium which completely inhibited the growth of the tests of the organism, as ACV found very similar the chemicals found naturally in the stomach and considered to be able to attack and kill harmful bacteria which has invaded the digestive tract since it is discovered that ACV is packed with essential amino acids multitude of vitamins and minerals … Because it is my belief that ACV can do good for me this doesn’t mean this can also be effective to anybody … but I can only attest this to myself other than that, an adequate nutrients and a healthy way of life has always been our top defense for the goodness to our health … 

  5. I have just recently become interested in leaky gut syndrome recently. I have a website on nootropics. Nootropics are cognitive enhancers that I think someday will heal a lot of people with mental problems. Alziemers cure may be in the field of nootropics.
    Anyway, I have known about leaky gut syndrome for awhile and did not think much about it until I found out about the connection between the brain and the gut. Thank you for your post. I am now going to start probiotics and watch what I eat.

    • Hi Derek, Thank you for participating the topic, between the connection of the disruption to our gut to our brain  has its significant connection since our whole well being relies on what we eat – our intestine is the biggest receiver of  nutrients the more allergic you are to a certain food it will react to your body and so to our whole system especially the functionality to our brain – an inflammation to bowel disease, chronic fatigue syndrome, obesity colitis etc … it is  a microbial condition   which is a small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) effect is the culprit …
